Project women's junior hockey players to NCAA Division I (Women's)
Women's NCAAe converts a player's junior league PPG (JWHL, OWHL, HPHL, etc.) into expected NCAA Division I Women's scoring. The same network graph algorithm as the men's model is used, anchored to the NCAA-W scoring environment.
When fewer than 10 historical junior→NCAA-W transitions exist for a league, prior-based estimates are used (JWHL ≈ 0.45, HPHL ≈ 0.40, OWHL ≈ 0.30).
